Client experiences
What clients value about working with O2.
“The entire process was professional from start to finish. Mark and his team showed up, we went over the areas of concern that were bothering us. Mark did his tests and was in and out with no issues. We got our tests the next day and it was laid out clear and precisely. Everything was clearly explained, and our home was treated with care.”
“Scheduling was simple, communication was prompt, and the appointment fit easily into our week. Would highly recommend for peace of mind within your home.”
“I had Mark and his team come out to do a mold test for a buyer of mine before purchasing their dream home. He came out on time, did his three tests and we got the results back within 48 hours. There was no mold present which allowed my buyers to close on their dream home with peace of mind. Highly recommend Mark and his team.”
“We had some rain over the weekend and noticed some interesting smells and warping happening within some of our rooms. We scheduled an appointment online super easily. o2 came out and run some air quality and swabs. When we got our results we found mold and Mark helped us figure out next steps. Ultimately we found out we had a leak and got everything fixed. If it wasn't for o2, we wouldn't have known and could have been dealing with larger amounts of mold for years. thank you o2!”
